Boys hard work

The "boys did a lot of work thru the fall cleaning up the weeds at the end of the driveway
weeding the garden, hedging all the shrubbery, hauling it off, staining the swing set and the deck.
I pray you always remain such good buds!

Again the garden....the project Grandma helped us get a head start too.

Everything is new

How fun it was to start settling into our new home
2+ months have already passed but still great memories.

The smallest things were fun and exciting.

Hours spent looking for special rocks in the driveway (kids were sure was obsidian).
Breakfast enjoying oatmeal with freshly picked blueberries!  Mmmmm!
A huge thank you to Grandma for picking!
Re-united with his "horse" pumping up the tires, just happy to sit on the front porch.
Here a personal corral made for his horse.
At first I was upset at who moved my boxes all around...then I realized there was a purpose..Louis' horse had to be penned in!
Organizing the pantry.....jars of huckleberry jam and saris syrup stashed in back to savor later.
Early mornings with Grandma.
Weeding the garden and finding lots of leftover goodies, onions chives tomatoes, potatoes.
Thanks Mom for getting a huge head start.
Finished project.....for now
The first of many swims.

 And many sausage roasts.
 first of many fish.......bluegill
the biggest Bass, caught many times:  poor old timer!
 Dinner!

Many thanks to Mom for sharing the first couple weeks with us getting us o
off to a much cleaner, organized, and peaceful start!
